You may have received information from Independence Blue Cross that we are not a participating provider. A paperwork oversight prompted letters from Independence Blue Cross to our patients. Other health care providers in Pennsylvania have experienced the same issues. Be assured that Sardella Eye Associates is fully credentialed and participating with Independence Blue Cross. You may be receiving an affirmation letter from Independence Blue Cross.
